Why We Built AssetIntel

AssetIntel was built after years of working inside Dubai's short-term rental and leasing market.

We saw that many owners were making major decisions without a clear view of the numbers, risks, operators, or operational requirements. Some owners were unsure whether to choose short-term or long-term rental. Some wanted to self-manage but did not know how to set up the systems. Others wanted to enter STR sub-leasing but underestimated the importance of rent pressure, approvals, furnishing quality, pricing, and low-season survival.

AssetIntel was created to bring this experience into one practical property intelligence platform.
